Pricing: Bargain Store Equipment makes every effort to have accurate pricing and information on this website, however are not in any way responsible for website errors, omissions or inaccurate pricing. Manufacturers fluctuate pricing at times forcing us to adjust ours, thus we reserve the right to update product prices at any time for any reason. Phoenix Arizona Sales Tax (8.3%) will be added to all orders picked up or shipped to Arizona locations.
Shipping: While most all shipments are shipped from Bargain Store Equipment in Phoenix Arizona we do drop ship at times for special orders. Customers pay all shipping charges, we prepay the shipping charges and add them to the invoice prior to sale completion. There is a $4.99 shipping and handling fee automatically added to the shipping total for every order shipped by UPS.We ship by way of UPS, anything exceeding UPS ground limits in size or weight is shipped by Common Carrier or Motor Freight. We utilize a freight broker to give you the best possible freight price. This method is to save you the most amount of money possible. We do not set or control freight rates as they can fluctuate. We do guaranty our fright quote for 10 days from time given.
Damaged Merchandise: Bargain Store Equipment does not accept any liability for damages caused during transit by a Common Carrier or Motor Freight Company. The customer must file a claim with the Common Carrier or Motor Freight Company to be reimbursed for any damaged merchandise. Every shipping carrier has its own policies, time limits and methods of filing claims, please view below for individual instructions.
UPS To file a damaged merchandise claim with UPS, call 1-800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877), contact your driver, or initiate the claim on the UPS website. Keep original merchandise, packaging and packing materials.
Freight / Common Carrier View packing slip and note any visible damage on freight bill at the time of delivery. Make sure you and driver sign the packing slip after viewing damages. To file a claim ask the delivery driver for instructions or call the number on the packing slip. Each freight company or common carrier is responsible for the shipment of merchandise. Please do not return directly to Bargain Store Equipment.
Internal Damages: For internally damaged merchandise, call the carrier for an inspection report. If we can help in the claim process please notify Bargain Store Equipment toll free at 1-888-851-8199.
Payment: Accepted form of payments are Paypal, Visa, MasterCard.
Returns: No returns accepted without authorization from Bargain Store Equipment.
- No returns on special orders, custom orders or used merchandise.
- Returns must be in original packaging and be in new condition.
- Drop shipped Merchandise being returned will fall under the factories return policy.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice with original receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee.
- Any returns accepted must be accompanied by original receipt.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
Cancellations: (1) If you cancel an order after paying through Paypal there will be a 3% charge. (2) If you wish to cancel a non-stock item order prior to shipment there may be a 30% handling charge. Assembly required or manufactured to order items are non-cancelable once the production has begun.
Back orders: If we are out of an item we will back order the item or items unless otherwise requested not to. There will be separate shipping charges billed with each shipment.
Third-Party Links: In an effort to provide increased value to our customers and visitors. Bargain Store Equipment may link to sites operated by third parties, however even if the third party is affiliated with Bargain Store Equipment, Bargain Store Equipment has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, completely separate of Bargain Store Equipment. Linked sites are for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk.
